Head Of Sales A3 Job (Copiers) – Monroe Consulting Group – DKI Jakarta

Our client’s leadership in document technology and services that include printers, copiers, multifunction devices, production publishing systems, managed print services and related software. Our client is seeking a young and dynamic professional to fill the job of Head of Sales A3 to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities will include:

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume and profit for client’s products.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth for company’s products
Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development
Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation’s product presence in the market
Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters, etc

Job Requirements    

Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Good organization and planning skills
Independent, good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
Proven effective leadership, entrepreneurial, negotiation and team work skills
At least 8 years’ experience in sales with proven track record
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
Ability and track record of growing business and delivering results
