Provide clients with innovative digital media solutions
Provide up-to-date information in the form of sales pipeline and forecast
Sell cross-channel solutions, both direct and programmatic channels – video, audio, display, and other creative opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop online to offline initiatives
Analyze trends and provide recommendations to adjust and optimize strategies
Lead and develop team of account managers and account executives

Our client is currently looking for Head of Sales, with strong business acumen, strong track record in sales, and as well good relationship with brands and agencies.
University graduate with relevant business qualification
Direct experience in digital media solutions, online agency is preferred
At least 10 years of working experience in sales/business development within advertising and marketing field
Knowledge of online and offline media is preferable
Strong track record, exceeding sales target
Strong people management
Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation
Excellent communication in English and Bahasa
