Job Description
Develop a financial technology product strategy (Fintech) Bukalapak and identify partners to work with Bukalapak in developing innovative Fintech products
Responsible for developing cooperation in building ecosystems with e-money & e-wallet partners
Coordinate with business intelligence to identify Bukalapak customer needs and provide an overview of products that have the potential to be developed
Responsible for monitoring the performance and stability of Fintech Bukalapak’s products, identifying improvements and working with partners to continue to develop innovative solutions and have a positive impact on Bukalapak.
Responsible for planning the activities needed to achieve the targets given
Implement, adjust, and monitor the resources needed.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or MBA from reputable University is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of professional working experience in managing a particular Fintech, particularly within a digital industry
Prior experience in identifying and managing external partners
Exposure to broad range of Fintech responsibilities and appreciation of managerial perspective on demand requirements by having a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
Ability to remain confident under pressure and work collaboratively across different functional units
Proven success in working creatively and analytically in a team-oriented environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
