Guest Relation & Operations Manager Assistant – Coffee Shop

Job Description
Customer service relations; greets, interactions, up-selling, product promotion, etc.
Event Setup; prepare events at the cafe, decorations, promotions, etc.
Quality Control; ensure a comfortable clean environment, etc.
Managing cafe operations; manage staff work schedules, simple inventory and finance administration, etc.

Job Requirements
Woman
Admin and cashier experience
Neat appearance, attractive, polite, friendly, communicative with customers
Have your own vehicle and are ready to work until the night (currently 1 shift until 22:00)
Honest as it is, able to work in a team, ready to work smart
Minimum 2 years experience in floor / operational / management of Cafe / Resto *
