Area of Expertise:
Experience in GOI’s transfer assets process and administration on grant-funding facility, grant administration and project closure administration, audit, familiarity on infrastructure and renewable energy projects, and project closure administration.
Task Assigned:
review grantee transfer asset plan
ensure grantees’ compliance with MCA-Indonesia’s Asset Administration Manual and GoI’s requirements
maintain asset management records
provide technical support to the CBNRM Grantees Transfer Asset administration and asset handover
coordinating/arranging grantees’ financial audit
develop grant closure plan
Minimum mandatory qualification and experience:
minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or any relevant field
at least 5 years of demonstrated grants management experience, preferably relating to grant-funding or grant -making facility for (local) NGOs or CSOs
at least 5 years of demonstrated experience and skills in undertaking financial and compliance and quality control
at least 5 years of demonstrated experience with asset handover background
good communication skills (speaking and writing) in English and Bahasa
