Responsibillities :

Manages / monitors efforts of three departments in the to achieve synergies and ensure achievement of the operations targets, Driver targets and Workshop Targets.
Sets out specific performance standards in such key areas as operations, driver management and workshop management
Ensures proper fleet management to improve the utilization and availability of the fleet, reduce downtime and reduce maintainence cost

Requirements :

Male / female
Degree in any major or equivalent work experience
1 – 2 years experience in general management of a reputed organization in the trucking or logistic business
