Garment Quality Control supervisor

Requirements:

Experienced in Ladies and childrens volume woven and knit sportswear production for US Market

Worked in buying agent or trading company in similar position min 10 years.

Good knowledge of garment manufacturing process, ability to monitor production process, inspect fabric, trims and products defects during sewing, printing, embroidery, washing and final packing

Practical experience of pattern making and garment construction an advantage

Strong interpersonal and project management skills

Self motivated, initiative, well organized, reliable and flexible with tight deadline

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Quality conscious , organized, strong integrity and excellent communicator

Polite, decisive and strong.

Willing to travel within Indonesia if necessary

Require excellent command of English in written and spoken.

He/She will be responsible for Semarang and Bandung areas. Home should be in Semarang area.

Responsibilities :

Ensure compliance with required AQL quality standards before production and during in-line and final production processes

Attending Pre production Meeting with Supplier to review any potential issues and come up with solutions prior to bulk production starting

Inspect incoming fabric and trims

Resolve QA sample problems before production and monitor quality standard procedures in the production process

Provide guidance to factories on our requirements and follow up with factory on corrective actions

Review factory quality production workflow and help to enhance quality continuously

Coordinate with USA  team  on production sample approval, in-line/final inspection reporting and production status update as well as pp and testing samples

Insure factory is in full compliance with company’s code of conduct and non sub-contracting policies and immediately report any and all concerns/violations.
