Job Description
Built positive relationship in all aspects in particular with business partners and within organisation.
To provide leadership to the division and to enable it to achieve growth and financial success through a combination and convergence of traditional and alternative techniques in highly evolved market.
Conduction weekly division meetings with the key executives and disseminating the decisions agreed upon during the management meetings.
Quarterly financial reporting to Home Office and Regional Office, meeting qualitative and quantitative requirement within the deadlines.
Pro-actively monitoring financial performance of the Company based on efficient operational controlling and reporting using SAP for reporting tool.
To provide strategic planning and business management.
Monitoring allocation cost for each market segment.

The Successful Applicant
Auditing firms and/or insurance company background
5-7 years of working experience
Extensive finance and accounting technical skills and knowledge
Candidates who are able to express their mind and stand individually with confidence
Comprehensive team management skills
Experience in change management process
Able to carry out end to end process
