Job posting 
Receive and process enquiries, requests for quotes and purchase orders from customers.
Provide regular communication to customers regarding the status of their enquiries, quotes, sales orders and deliveries.
Regular follow up and expediting of open orders to meet customer delivery requirements
Follow up open quotations to maximize sales opportunities.
Processing credit notes.
Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Account Managers, Product Line and other Market Area team members to ensure that business and customer needs are understood and supported.
Liaise with purchasing, logistics and warehouse to ensure that all relevant customers and the business need are meet.
Conducting all business transactions consistent with Metso’s policies, procedures & guidelines, legal requirements, regulations, and Metso’s ethical standards.
Identify and implement new improvement initiatives, processes and guidelines as required.
Stopping work activities and acting, if there is a belief that there may be an uncontrolled risk to the Employee or other people.
Accepting responsibilities, following procedures and notifying the Supervisor if the job requirements are unclear to the Employee.
Only undertaking tasks for which the Employee is competent and only using equipment that they have been trained to use.
Using the Company’s safety tools to assist in controlling the hazards, which apply to each task the Employee undertakes.
Speaking up to improve safety.
Complying with the Company’s ‘Life Saving Rules’.
