Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer in Jakmall.com, you will conduct service for Jakmall.com’s customers, including questions, requests, and complaints via phone, e-mail, and other media that Jakmall provides.

Requirements
Min. SMA/SMK/D3
Have an experience as call center officer is a plus
Good listener & smiling voice
Good writing skill (English & Bahasa)
Excellent skills in Ms. Excel and Word
Good analytical skill
Work well under pressure
Able to work in shift (9.00 – 18.00)
