JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage employee training and development activities to increasing the productivity of employees in an optimal
Managing development in accordance with the organization ‘s vision and mission and to support the achievement of corporate objectives
Manage the activities of personnel administration and industrial relations to create a harmonious relationship between all employees and foster industrial relations in accordance with government regulations
Managing reward systems and employee welfare benefits and facilities to support the achievement of optimal productivity
Supervise the policies and procedures of the General Affairs
Creating and running a division objectives and operational budget of the HR division and staff cost budget for all divisions that have
Managing the recruitment and selection process to meet the needs of HR
been approved to support the achievement of corporate objectives
Creating and developing systems and procedures in the HR division
Make written reports relating to Human Resources issues , such as recruitment , training , appraisal , industrial relations , termination and use of budget realization

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): labor law, human resource, Organisation Development, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Training & Development, Change Management, Compensation and Benefit
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Have knowledge and understanding of the Labor Law, Income Tax, Industrial Relations and Organizational Development
Have experience in the application of Balanced Score Card, Performance Management System, Compensation & Benefit schemes and HR Information System
Good negotiation skills
