Job Description
Cook Helper
Responsible for the processing of materials according to the provisions
Receive guidance from Cook and Executive Chef
Conduct preparation of materials and garnishes in accordance with the quality and provisions
Ensuring adequate and good supply of raw materials
Report to Executive Chef the amount of use and stock position of ingredients
Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment so that it is always hygienic
Waiter
Responsible for service to customers
Welcoming, communicating the menu, recording orders, making sure the menus are recorded correctly
Deliver food and drinks to the right customers
Distribute orders to related sections
Clean the table and ensure cleanliness of the work area and equipment
Ensuring adequate and good supply of materials
Receive direction from Chief Waiter
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar

Job Requirements
Cook Helper
Male, age maximum 35 years
Minimum education of SMK / SMA / D3
Mastering the operation of kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills
Ready to be guided, honest, diligent, careful and responsible
New graduates are allowed to apply
Experience in the same field will be highly considered

Waiter
Male / Female, maximum age of 35 years
Minimum education of SMK / SMA / D3
Neat and attractive appearance
Able to communicate well, friendly and polite
