Primary Responsibilities Include
We are seeking a talented Controller to manage all aspects of the company’s Accounting and Finance functions. The Controller will be highly visible and involved in supporting a rapidly growing organization. This position reports to the CEO and is the top finance and accounting position in the company.
Complete the month end close and reporting process
Prepare reconciliations and journal entries
Establish and implement appropriate accounting processes and internal controls
Manage invoicing, A/P and A/R processes
Update/maintain financial models
Identify and track key financial trends and metrics
Develop annual budget process and analyze budget vs. actual variances
Maintain cash flow forecasts and analysis

Process Payroll
Coordinate and manage the quaterly and annual tax return process
Work cross functionally to develop financial awareness across the organization
Manage special projects as required
