Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Sociology / Social Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Statistics / Math.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a researcher / analyst.
Have good knowledge of research methodologies, quantitative & qualitative research & big data management.
Proficiency in English language & Microsoft Office.
Have good interview, team management, statistics, strategic thinking, leadership, research writing, analytical thinking & critical thinking skills.
A responsive, well-organized, open-minded & detail-oriented person.
Responsibilities:
Analyze competitiveness test study to understand the product performance in the market
Responsible to conduct consumer satisfaction survey of Vivo users
Execute foundational research to understand Indonesian consumer, culture, life, and generally as insight to create the product
Assist Consumer Insight Associate Manager by providing consultancy about what kind product that suitable for Indonesian consumer based on data
Actively do research and review the updated regulation from regulatory letter and other sources of informations.
Demonstrates ownership of product and credible business sense. Uses this knowledge and analytical ability to help gain insight, use, consumer preferences related to the product
Provides input into the development of new, improved and/or more cost effective research tools, methods, and process
