Consultant (for Organizational Development & People Development)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Partners with project leader in designing and delivering services to clients
Partners with clients in implementing consultancy services
Ensure the execution of project in accordance to contractual obligation
Support the administration of project management
Facilitate internal coordination on client’s project base

Requirements:

Min S1 any discipline from reputable university
Min 3 years working experience for Junior Consultant
Min 8 years working experience for Consultant
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Good analytical thinking
Willing to learn
High self confidence
Leadership potential and team player
Excellent computer literate – Ms. Office (Power point, Word, Excel,)
