Responsibilities :
Prepare data for salary survey using Towers Watson Methodology
Data benchmarking
Provide data analytics in order to support the overall Reward strategies of AXA Indonesia
Ensure provision of Payroll services to entities and vendor management of payroll processing, in order to deliver flawless execution of monthly payroll processing
Collecting, checking, and Managing personnel filling
Administer & Prepare execution of MPP, Budgeting cycle, and Year End Process within AXA Indonesia

Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor degree
Min 3 years Professional Experience in C&B area
Solid knowledge C&B and technical remuneration processes
Experience dealing with all level of management
Experience in handling payroll administration
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Knowledge in survey market data using Towers Watson, and Labor law
Good in Communication skills oral and written, Bahasa Indonesia and English, Conceptual thinking, Interpersonal Skill
