Job Description
As a full time business developer and market approacher at Bukit Vista, you’ll be building a short-term property rental market and expanding our growing collection of villas, mansions, apartment units, guesthouses and other unique, lovable accommodations all over Indonesia and abroad. We are looking for properties that deliver magical experiences for the guests. The role involves a lot of drive and hustle. You’ll be knocking on doors, scanning websites and social media such as Facebook and LinkedIn, and networking with property owners and property project provider such as contractors, architects, interior designers in all over Indonesia and possibly abroad.

Business Development Responsibilities
Identify potential market opportunities
Generate new relationships (physically/digitally) in an effort to grow our business as we aim to reach 1,000 unique property partners in Indonesia as well as expand to Thailand & Malaysia by 2020
Maintain communication with property partners
Think critically to plan business idea

Qualifications
Cheerful, upbeat personality. You are the first point of contact for our future property partners. Make Bukit Vista look good.
A total hustler. You don’t fold under pressure; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A problem-solver; you have an analytical mind and can navigate obstacles on the fly in a thoughtful and logical way.
Accountability & Independence. This isn’t an office job. You’ll be working independently most of the time, flying drones, analyzing data, looking for great listings, driving down hidden streets on a motorbike, speaking and approaching with property owners. You’ll have a lot of independence but you’ll need to meet our growth expectations.
Likes meeting people. You’ll be meeting property owner from all over the world: France, Italy, Jakarta, Australia, America.
Fluency in English and another language (Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Thai, Korean, Japanese)
Strong integrity and work ethics.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team Player – strong willingness to support the team.
Proactive, assertive, and has a creative approach to problem solving.
Multi-tasks and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Bachelor degree preferred.
And above all, passionate about Bukit Vista.
