Here Is An Overview Of The Role
Our client, a leading snacks and confectionery company, is currently seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to join the team.
Prospect, develop and increase sales revenue
Increase sales in respective accounts by displaying products
Build relationships with key decision makers
Schedule and attend appointments via phone and in person to present products
Identify new customers via independent research and communications
Develop qualified prospects and accounts through personal lead generation efforts
Travel to meet customers, when requested
Target ideal business and follow up on prospective businesses throughout buying cycle
Manage and service assigned accounts
Prepare sales information for customers
Qualifications And Desired Skills
A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
Recent experience in the snacks and confectionery industry is strongly preferred
Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in business development
