Business Development Manager (Bahasa Indonesia and English) – DesFran

The Opportunity
The Business Development Manager works closely with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for sales and operations administration, and project and customer relations management. We are looking for motivated individuals with the right attitude to join our team.
Together with our team of professionals with vast experience in the finance and consultancy industries, you will have the opportunity to learn about the dynamics of foreign exchange, offshore financial business consultancy and regulatory compliance. Apart from the headquarters in Singapore, there might be travel opportunities to our overseas offices in London, Hong Kong, Shanghai or Bangkok.

The job responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include:
· Handle day-to-day operations such as administrative duties and client relationship management
· Work closely with the GMs in developing business plans and strategies
· Liaise with vendors on their services, processes and fees
· Liaise with Finance Department to reconcile financial records
· Attend to phone calls, emails and visitors
· Prepare proposals for clients and internal reports
· Research on market trends and services together with Strategic Communications and Research team
· Filing of digital and physical records
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For
To be eligible, the candidate should be a highly motivated individual who is willing to learn and deliver results as part of a dynamic team. The candidate should preferably be equipped with the following professional skills and qualifications:
· Diploma/ Degree in Finance or Business Administration
· Interests in FX/ Finance industry
· 3 to 5 years of experience in the specified role or industry
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· Proactive, energetic and result-oriented
· Interests and inclination towards customer relations management and service standards
· Meticulous, independent and organised
· Team player who is able to deliver results with minimal supervision
