Base Manager (in Duri)

Job Summary

The Base Manager shall be fully in-charge of the smooth operation that involve managing the operation and safety team as well as actively develop the business for existing customer and generate new market opportunity in respective area

Job Responsibility

 Operation Management

Manage all company’s activity in respective area including but not limited to the utilization of equipment, facilities, infrastructure and personnel
Responsible for operation report, market analysis and execution plan on promising potential opportunities

  Business Development

Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Maintain and grow existing business through strong customer relationship
Work with the Sales team in evaluating the company’s competitive environment on a continual basis and strategically evaluating potential new customer/ business opportunities

Candidates’ Profile

Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related experiences with minimum 5 years’ managerial experiences
Experience within oil and gas industry specifically having knowledge of trend and changes on solid control and drilling waste management impacted by technology, environment driver and legislation
Experience in project preparation including personnel, material, delivery, installation and commissioning within budget and timely schedule
Ability to build effective relationship with customer and government authority
Proficient in MS office and possess good competency in verbal and written English
Must be residing in Duri or willing to be based in Duri
