Responsibilities:
– Organize and coordinate the overall Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Pillar deployment.
– Organize the implementation of AM standards at model line/site according to global pillar guidelines.
– Develop the model line and leadership capabilities on AM pillar methodology.
– Support the Pillar leader in building the team capabilities on AM and delivering the AM Pillar Master Plan.
– Own and act as subject matter expert on AM DMS or tools at site level.
– Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for AM pillar with other Pillar Leaders.

Skills & experiences:
– Hands on experience in Autonomous Maintenance Pillar deployment.
– Knowledge of Continuous Improvement/IWS/IL6S methods/tools.
– Ability to lead co-workers along through change and transformation.
– Good interpersonal skills, managerial courage (able to challenge practices cross-functionally and within the hierarchy).
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
– Location in Karawang
