About Colearn Product Team & Role
Our product team is responsible for delivering the technology that helps our offline education partners go online. Through close collaboration with engineering, academic, and partner success teams, we strive to build the best product and engineering team that will transform education in Indonesia for the better.

As Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
Understanding and analyzing specific user group needs and ensure that development priorities are aligned with the immediate and long-term needs
Transform product ideas into detailed requirements keeping in line with the roadmap
Interacting and aligning with the customers and address their problems by collaborating with the stakeholders
Working with design, engineering, finance, academics, and business teams
Define success metrics and analyze product performance
Automating feedback collection processes to ensure no important feedback left unreviewed

Qualifications
Ground-up fundamental product thinking
2+ years of work experience as a software developer/analyst or in product management
Previous work experience in a startup is a plus
Enthusiasm for working in growing
Edtech scene of Jakarta
Fast learner, problem-solver and can-do attitude

Soft Skills
Comfortable with the English Language,
both written and verbal.
Great communicator and collaborative, have a can-do attitude.
Curiosity to learn and improve based on feedback given.
Be willing to work hard and smart to get the job done

Location: HQ (GoWork Pacific Place) and Colearn locations across Jakarta

Start date: As soon as possible
