ASSISTANT MERCHANDISE MANAGER PERSONAL CARE (CODE OF POSITION: AMMPC)

This position will responsible to ensure the achievement of key performance figures of assigned Non Food Divisions, especially for beauty Product, hair care product and pharmacy. This position also responsible for targeted annual sales, gross profitability and “other Income” through a concerted approach in the negotiation of price/volume margin/ promotional deals with suppliers and constant attention to assortment and inventory management including obsolete items.
She/he will also takes initiatives to ensure Lotte is competitive and ensure that the budgeted sales, gross profit and other income targets are achieved.

Requirement:

Minimum Holds a Bachelor Degree from any major
Minimum 2 years experiences as Assistant Merchandise Manager Non Food – Personal Care
Retail industry or Supplier/ Manufacturing Personal Care ( Beauty & Hair Product or pharmacy)
Strong in analytical and strategic/ conceptual thinking,
Innovative, good communication skill, detail and result/target oriented.
Computer literary; MS Office (especially Excell and Power Poin
