Currently one off our clients, Engineering company, is looking for Assistant HR Manager for their Jakarta office, with scope of work:
Assist HR Manager to handle general HR matter
Doing recruitment and placement
Prepare staff payroll and reports on monthly basis
Monitoring and update all of the company license and legal document.
Manage all of the administration personnel data, medical, overtime, BPJS, income tax.
Requirements:
Has minimum 5 years of working experience in HR area
Holds at least Bachelor Degree in Law or Psychology.
Good communication in English
Familiar in using Ms. Excel and Power points
Good communication and interpersonal relation skills
Has good leadership, good executing & multitasking.
