Job Purpose
The role will be responsible for assisting the branch in related to administrative task reporting to Agency Territory Head
Main Responsibilities
AGENCY OPERATION DEPT.
Responsible for Agency Submit Form which may include
Data Promotion and demotion agent
Data Transfer Agent
Data Termination Agent
Data Account no new agent
Submitting agency contract
Assisting in medical reimbursement for agents
AGENCY TRAINING ADMIN
Task May Includes
Assisting in Training ITC coordination
Assisting in Training LDP coordination
Branches Administration
Assisting branches conducting necessary Follow up pending case with sales
Policy reminder and compliance
Creating production report
PROCUREMENT ADMIN ACTIVITY
Responsible to Procure printed materials and office supplies
AD-HOCK ADMIN BRANCHES
Developing and creating meeting materials
Managing and taking accountability for incoming call
Managing email distribution
Document Filling
Job requirement
Talented candidate with high literacy for computer and working system
Holder of bachelor degree
Experience working in the field of administration
Good communicator and team player
Good communication skill, ability to connect and related with other people
