Learning / Development Officer (Gsk) – Gunung Sewu Kencana – DKI Jakarta

Gunung Sewu Group is a privately held group of companies in Indonesia with a workforce of approximately 25,000 people. It has diversified businesses; agribusiness, property and life insurance as well as several other investment portfolios, ranging from mining, information technology and manufacturing.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (GSK)

Responsibilities:

Partenr Managers to identify team and individual capability levels and gaps that affect organization performance
Recommend suitable learning options to meet individual and team requirements, considering appropriate delivery channels
Partner relevant subject matter experts and third parties, and take lead in designing and implementing learning solutions
Facilitate internal learning events and workshops, delivering content as appropriate
Ensure proper roll-out and or implementation of group policies related to talent management
Facilitate the definition and execution of succession planning within the entity/region/group
Maintain systems, processes and local policy to effectively manage and monitor learning activity
Monitor training costs against agreed budgets

Requirements:

Bachelor degree student from reputable university, preferably HR related field.
Have 4 – 5 years’ experience in similar role
Experienced in training activities, and training practices within the industry
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Excellent presentation skill, communication skill, sociable
A fast learner, well organized and hardworking
Dynamic and highly motivated personality preferred.
