We are looking for a someone with experience in operation and maintenance of air conditioning. These specialized technicians are responsible for the safe and efficient installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems, our client is a large Aircon and refrigeration specialist in batam area.

Responsibilities:
 
– Assemble, braze, inspect and test refrigeration units as per manufacturing instruction & method sheet;

– Upkeep and maintain assignment, tools, fixtures and gauges;

– Ensure all calibrated items used are within the effective calibration period;

– Perform basic trouble shooting or rework on tested or assembled units;

– Assist in designing jigs or fixtures and parts trolley to improve productivity;

– Maintain proper records such as filing up checklists, components serial numbers etc;

– Troubleshoot, maintain and service residential and commercial air-conditioners;

– Assist the Assistant Service Manager to ensure that all issues and complaints are promptly attended and responded to;

– Attend after office hours emergency breakdown calls;

– Follow-up on customers’ requests.

Requirements:

– Living in Riau Islands province, preferably in Batam;

– Minimum Senior high school or anything related;

– Good communication skills – being able to communicate in simple English;

– Able to speak mandarin has an advantage;

– Having driving license and passport;

– Must be able to travel between Singapore – Batam on daily or weekly basis.
