Sales Engineer (Code: Se) – Tawada Scientific – DKI Jakarta

Job Description:

Having an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s buying and manufacturing processes
Connecting the dots between regulatory demands and standards with the customer’s needs
Promoting key principal products and applications to its industries
Expanding the business into new territories and untapped markets
Educating the market and customers of new and upcoming products
Understanding the customers’ needs and is willing to strive to be a solution partner to them
Achieving sales target and performance requirements

The ideal candidate we seek should have the following characteristics:

You need to be a people person, not being able to sit in your desk all day. All you want to do is meet the customers and get them to know you and the products you are selling
You have exceptional confidence and an aura of persuasion; it is easy for you to convince others of your ideas and thoughts
You like to achieve big things in live and will do what it takes to reach your targeted outcome
English should be a second language for you
You need to be able to study and love to read, you find learning about new things exhilarating
You need to be able to work under pressure and are willing to handle complains

Role Requirements:

University graduate is a must, minimum of S1 from any major.
Graduates from chemistry, science or engineering is preferable.
Experience in marketing of industrial tools, oil&gas equipments, and mining instrument min 2 years
Experience in food&beverage, pharmaceutical and petroleum industry is a bonus.
Availability to travel up to 70% of the time, around Indonesia and abroad.
Proficiency in computer operation and internet is a must.
Social media presence is a must.
Driving license (SIM A) and ability to drive is a must.
