We are looking for someone with around 5 years of experience in assembly line production of consumer electronics. You will be responsible for developing and continually improving productivity and efficiency via cost-reduction initiatives as well as driving continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

– Ensure that production of consumer electronics is within time and budget;

– Implement quality improvements throughout the factory to ensure a better quality of manufactured products;

– Develop and enhance effective production and assembly processes that would lead to cost-reduction and faster production;

– Meet cost standards through cost-benefit analyses by tracking and reporting expenses;

– Prepares guidelines by describing operational and testing methods and procedures.

Requirements:

– We are looking for someone from Riau Islands – preferably from Batam;

– Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or anything related;

– Around 5 years of experience in assembly line production of electronics products;

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English both oral as written;

– Familiar with improvement tools and quality projects – experience with SAP is an advantage.
