BASIC FUNCTION

Maintains the electrical and electronic equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic equipments in the plant and the offices in good working order. Assists the production department for the good functioning of the machinery and supporting equipments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Organizes the activities of the electrical shop, supervise the electrical technicians in the plant.
Set up and file all the PMR sheets of electrical motors, control panels, etc.
Execute maintenance on electric, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipments.
Maintains all electric / electronic manuals and instruction folders.
Update all electrical and electronic circuits, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits of the plant.
Maintains logbook on electric, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment.
Controls the stock of electrical parts, pneumatic and hydraulic parts, and assist purchasing in purchase of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic goods.
Set up yearly budget for electric, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic parts and supplies.
Maintains discipline and good working habits.
Helps the housekeeping and cleanness on the “off line” equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic.
Experience in troubleshooting for electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic with minimum 3 years in International Company.
Age +/- 30 years old.
Understands pneumatic & hydraulic circuits.
Understands and read technical English.
Fluent speak orally and written in English.
Willing for placement in Mojokerto Jawa Timur.
Required skill(s): PLC programming and Mechatronic capability.
