Responsibilities :

To prepare budget estimate, tender document, bidding process and cost tracking during construction stage

requirements :

D3/S1 degree in civil or interior from a reputable university.
Has a basic knowledge of interior design, detailing & material .
Positive attitude and results oriented and strong communication skills
Age of max . 30 years old.
Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
Posses good computer knowledge and skills of excel, words, CAD, and self motivated
Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Hard worker and should be able to work under high pressure & long hours to meet deadline
Required language(s): english and bahasa indonesia
