BUILDING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Create and define and implement strategies to every part of the top strategies and policies approved by the Board of Directors.
Maintain a good relationship with the Tenant.
Direct and coordinate the preparation of strategies for achieving the target.
To coordinate to every part of the Department.

Requirements:

Male, max 45 years
Minimum S1 any discipline.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a property company
Broad-minded and is used to building a good relationship with the Tenant’s and local authorities.
Have the ability to leadership, negotiation, problem solving, and communication.
Mastering Ms. Office.
Replacement in Balikpapan.
