BUILDING MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Manage day to day maintenance activities
Maintain a good relationship with the tenant
Coordinate to every part of the department

Requirements :

Male, age max. 40 years old
Min Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Experience in maintaining or renovating building preferably in the physical aspects
Have the ability to leadership, negotiation, problem solving and communication
Fluency in English is necessary
