SWIMMING COACH / INSTRUCTOR (SC)

General requirements :

Female with 2 years coaching experience
Knowledgeable in swimming strokes and teaching the level of the secondary students
Have a swimming coach license
Have a CPR license and First Aid Training Certificate
Able to communicate in English
Ability to lead and motivate the students
Must Posses C-License in Swimming
Preferably live arround PIK or North Jakarta

Responsibilities :

Be familiar with water safety/swim lesson curriculum and know how to use course materials effectively.
Provide individual instruction for varying ages of the students.
Design individualized programs to meet the student’s interests, abilities and goals.
Motivate students on proper technique and promote swimmer safety program.
Provide lesson plans as appropriate to the activities.
Conduct swim tests as required.
Provide for the health and safety of students, including ensuring that all teaching and practice areas are free of hazards and that materials and equipment are safe. Maintain cleanliness and safety of pools and equipment.
Deal with minor injuries and accident or emergency situations in accordance with accident/incident protocols and/or emergency action plans.
Attend mandatory meetings and trainings as scheduled.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
Plan and deliver sessions appropriate to the level of the students.
Make sure the safety standards are followed.
Checking water quality, equipment, conduct regular maintenance and conduct regular safety check.
Conduct swimming lessons for all students and other participants as provided by the school.
Responsible for the day to day operation of the swimming pools and this includes the safety, cleanliness and maintenance of the pools.
Ensure the work processes and performances are in compliance with school’s safety practices and policies.
