Responsibilities

Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate all Learning and Development solutions to help Sales Force exceed sales target and become more competitive in the market
Assisting recruitment process of new employee for Sales & Marketing Department

Requirements

Maximum 30 years old
Holding Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university, preferably from Pharmacy, Biology or Apoteker
Minimum 1 year experience as Product Executive or 2 years experience as Medical Representative
Posses a good communications skill (oral, written, presentation, facilitating) and motivating skills.
