IBDP COORDINATOR

Special Requirements:    

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education or other field from a recognised University with minimum 5 years of direct work experience as an IB DP Coordinator in IB world school
Strong interpersonal skills, good team work and able to work with all levels
Equipped with teaching skills including class room management, course and lesson planning, subject knowledge,understanding the learners and learning technologies based on IB requirements
Organized with a high degree of self-initiative
Flexible to organize a series of priorities simultaneously
Ability to travel for extended periods of time
Able to easily adapt to changing work environments
Enjoy working with teenagers between the ages of 13 to 19 years old

General Requirements:                 

Experience in an administrative or curriculum leadership role
Minimum 5 years in teaching
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative, innovative and able to create a good environment
Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for a relevant work pass in Indonesia
International experience, especially in Asia is highly regarded
Willingness to commit to a 2 year contract
Priority is given to the applicants living in Indonesia
