Training and Development
Make training and development as a center of excellence
Performance Management
Managing the performance management process as effective tool to review and to develop the competence and performance of employees
Career and Talent Management
Manage and develop top talents optimally; build competency-based career management system
Recruitment dan Manpower Planning
Make recruitment as the first gate to build top talents
HR Information System
Develop & utilize HRIS as a “one stop information service” for all employees.
Industrial Relations
Build synergistic and productive relationships between employees with management.
Requirements :
Male
Honestandtrustworthy
Age30-45years old
S1 graduate of Bachelor of Law / Psychology or Master of Human Resource
Minimum 3 years experience in the field Managing of human resources departement, especially in Hospitality Industries
Experience of managing a training and development function and team
Have a high motivation, communicative and able to work with targets
Ability to read, write and speak in English
Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office
Detail oriented, logical and methodical approach to problem solving
