Indonesian citizens (WNI).
Healthy physical, spiritual and free from drugs, psychotropic substances and other additives.
Well-behaved and never sentenced to imprisonment or confinement under a court decision has legal force tetam.
Maximum age 30 years old.
Educational qualifications
D3 majoring in Chemical Analyst (have the skills, expertise and skills in the field of laboratory), 1 formation available (Male / Female).
SMA / SMK / equivalent (have the skills, expertise and skills in the field of flora and fauna), 1 formation available (Male).

Legalized copies of diploma and transcripts;
Curriculum Vitae (CV);
Health certificate from a government doctor;
Police Records (SKCK);
Passport photo 3×4 (2 sheets).
