English Teachers

(Job Location: JAYAPURA)

General Work Objective:

To develop effective lesson plans, create teaching materials, implement designated curriculum in their teaching, and organise students’ extra activities that guide and encourage students to develop their English language skills.

Responsibilities:

planning, preparing, and developing lesson plans to help students achieve the teaching targets
teaching English to a wide range of learners
observing and evaluating student’s performance and development
encouraging and monitoring the progress of individual students

Requirements:

The criteria of Ideal candidates for this position will be:

Min S1 or S2 from reputable universities, preferably overseas graduates
Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written
Able to demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills as they relate to interaction with students, parents, other teachers, and other school staff
A life-long learner and able to demonstrate accurate and up-to-date knowledge of English and teaching English as a foreign language
Experienced in teaching English will be highly considered
