Our client is one of the largest property developers in Indonesia with strong international presences. Now they are looking for an Urban Planning Manager to be based in their HQ in Jakarta city, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

Assist in acquiring approval of master plan, including presentation to Executive Committee.
Review and monitor master plan preparation to ensure its alignment with TOR and government regulation.
Lead and control for TOR preparation and UTP consultant shortlist.
Monitor and control materials used for city infrastructure to make sure such matters are in accordance with specifications and standards of the company.
Lead and monitor land handover to SBUs to ensure its timeliness and accuracy.
Lead and monitor document preparation of the design to ensure it is in accordance with the criteria (for tender and implementation).

Requirements:

At least Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning/ Architecture
Min 10 years of working experience in the related roles
Developer experience is preferred
