Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor or Masters Degree;
Exceptional academic and organizational achievements during undergraduate or master’s degree study, and/or previous experience (1-2 years) working in investment/corporate strategy/management consulting firm;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships and work effectively within a multitude of businesses and with people at various levels in an organization;
Adepts at project and change management;
Excellent understanding of research methods, data analytical skills, insights development, and information presentation skills;
Exceptional ability to apply critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative problem solving
skills;
Self-starter professional with proven leadership qualities;
Political awareness, cross-cultural awareness, organization astuteness, and team spirit.
