Solution Support Specialist – Diebold Indonesia – DKI Jakarta

Main Duties :

Study new solution product and product features.
Provide presales.
Product consulting to customer, sales and partner.
Product demonstration, PoC and certification support.
Requirement study and gap analysis.
Software development and customization according to customer’s requirement.
Implementation (installation, configuration, testing and documentation).
Operational problem analysis and problem solving
Monitoring the solution system to prevent any unnecessary errors, and doing operation if needed.
Provide training to customers

Requirements :

Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in Computer/Information Technology with minimum 2 years working experience
Proficient in Database administration and SQL programming (MS. SQL Server, Oracle).
Experience in work with multiple platform (Windows, Unix/Linux, etc).
Able to work under pressure
Detail oriented with excellent problem solving skill
Ability to work as a team as well as independent with minimum supervision
Self motivated and self learning capability
Excellent in verbal communication.
