Responsibilities:
Supervise quality assurance of operations and laboratory activities.
Perform quality assessments.
Employ and sustain quality standards.
Consult with related managers to improve and enhance quality standard.
Communicate with internal and external clients.
Train employees on quality measures and company policies.
Investigate system’s failures and issues.
Coordinate and direct the implementation of new standards into practice.
Follow superior’s or BoLM instruction for any additional assignment in order to support the achievement of company strategic objectives.

Requirements:
Male / Female.
S1 Degree majoring Chemical.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience as Analyst in similar industry or coal lab.
Have a high ability to lead, synergize, and supervise department.
Able to motivate team and highly energetic.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Good in computer for Microsoft Office.
Having a good communication and interpersonal skill.
Able to work under pressure.
Willing to be placed in Carsurin Branches.
