General Requirements

Male, with maximum age
Maximum age of 45 years old for Manager Proyek Utama positions.
Maximum age of 40 years old for Manager Proyek Muda positions.
Maximum age of 35 years old for Site Manager positions.
Have a good integrity.
Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
Previous experience as Project Manager (minimum 5 projects/12 years) for Manager Proyek Utama positions
Previous experience as Project Manager (minimum 3 projects/8 years) for Manager Proyek Muda positions.
Previous experience as Site Manager (minimum 3 projects/5 years) for Site Manager positions.
Willing t be placed throughout Indonesia.
Able to work in a team.
Able to work under pressure and deadline.
Advanced knowledge of Project Management.
Proficient in using and utilizing computer applications (MS Project, Primavera).
