Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

Preferably Male, Single/not married, not exceed 25 years of age for undergraduate degree (S1) and fresh graduate or 27 for post graduate degree (S2) or experienced candidates by December 31, 2015
Minimum S1 majoring in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Technology, Economic Management/Accounting/Banking/Business, Law (Civil).
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale for PTN or 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale for PTS accredited A.
Good looking with minimum height of 170 cm.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work individually or in a team.
Physically and mentally healthy.
Proficient in computer literacy, minimum Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word.
Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
Willing to be assigned in all working units of BRI AGRO throughout Indonesia.
