Management Trainee Quantity Surveyor (Code : MT-QS)

Requirements

Not older than 27 years of age.
Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Architecture, Civil Engineering, preferably graduated from a leading and reputable University.
Strong academic results : minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
Have technical competency in the field of quantity surveyor will an extra advantage.
Technical expertise in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SAP2000, and Microsoft Visual Basic will an extra advantage.
Involved actively in organization activities.
Strong analytical skill.
English literacy, spoken and written.

Maintenance Coordinator (Code : MC)

Requirements

Not older than 27 years of age.
Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in Civil Engineering.
Strong academic results : minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
At least 2 years of experience in the field of general building repair.
Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical expertise in Autocad program.
Willing to work mobile (outside head office).
