BERM Design is an up and coming design practice that cooperates with an international design firm in Singapore on projects in Indonesia.

We have recently won an exciting, high-profile mixed use project. This is an opportunity for ambitious and talented individuals to work with an outstanding, multi-national, architectural team on an exciting job and a rapidly expanding portfolio of projects in Indonesia.

The practice promotes a strong work/life balance. Ideal candidates will posses design flair, sound technical ability and several years post qualification experience.

PROJECT ARCHITECT

Qualification :

6 to 8 years relevant experience, ideally in major high-rise residential or mixed use projects
Excellent design awareness. Strong ability in design development coordination
Construction documentation experience

candidates should have :

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture or related field
Track record of coordinating design as leading consultant with other disciplines
Experience as internal team leader, leading the project team
Must be able to effectively communicate (speaking and writing) in English
Proven knowledge of architectural design, detailing, planning/ building regulations and statutory requirements in Indonesia
Experience with an international firm is a plus
Good knowledge of related computer software such as, Autocad, Sketch-up and MS office
Initiative and creative personality with high motivation and responsibility, positive working attitude and teamwork
