Develop hair design for dolls that satisfy manufacturing concern & aesthetic
Work & Communicate with external partners on regular basis
Work together with process engineer & production to achieve common goals above
Managing workload for technicians

Requirements

Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Engineering or D3 in Design, preferably in fashion or textile design
Unique skills in trouble shooting and guiding the workforce
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
Willing to be located in Cikarang (Bekasi)
