Responsibilities :

Lead & manage IS /IT projects, from defining user requirement, analyze & design, development, testing & trial, implementation until go-live
Manage & oversee his/her subordinates including guide, direct & coach through various duties & tasks related with the projects.
Evaluate system usage and continuously providing feedback and innovative solution for current process improvement to increase efficiency, cost optimization and user satisfaction
Provide regular reports to his/her superior & open communication with all team members.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree is an advantage) majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
Male / Female, Age 26 – 35 years old.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Manager/Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
Havegood interpersonal skills, communication skill, and can work as a team.
Have good analytical thinking, good perspective, and logic of verbal.
Able to communicate in English
Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, and available work overtime.
