RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide digital support for FF groups in developing their campaign plan and implementation
Coordinate FF groups digital campaign activities, and communicate the progress within internal (Indonesia team) and external team (Asia Regional/Global)
Provide digital skills for FF groups including equipping them with 350 digital tools and materials
Administer and Manage the communications sharing tools (WhatsApp Group/Slack) between FF groups, and provide guidance for the digital campaign needs
Support the digital assets management and documentation of FF groups campaign activities
Work together with field organizer in building digital communication strategy to ensure members of local groups increase their involvement in their local campaigns
DELIVERABLES
Timeline schedule and campaign calendar that integrates all FF groups campaign activities
Produce a monthly report of FF groups campaign activities including social media content highlight
Develop digital platforms to support FF groups, including personalised webpage, online petition, social media content, and digital outreach
Develop structured digital asset management of FF groups campaign activities (photos/video/documentation)
Develop a structured communication sharing system between FF groups and wider groups
Skills & Experience
At least 1 year related experience
Educational background on Digital Marketing and Communication is preferred
Passionate on current environmental and social justice issues
Passionate on digital campaigning and organising
Basic knowledge on online campaign platform (such as, but not limited to ActionKit, ActionNetwork, Network Builder, MailChimp)
Basic knowledge on blogging tools (WordPress) and basic HTML
Basic knowledge on graphics editing tools, would be an excellent plus if have a basic video editing
Travel: May travel occasionally (domestic and international)
Salary: IDR 279,000,000
